This writer saw an article talking about hidden and evolving understanding of the scriptures.

II Corinthians 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

I Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

The message of the gospel is a simple one, not an evolving one.

God created man in fellowship with God.

Man disobeyed a commandment given and broke fellowship.

Sin entered the world.

All people born since then are tainted with sin.

Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Jesus made a way for mankind to be reconciled back to God. Jesus is the only one who made a way for mankind to be reconciled to God.

This is why Jesus said,

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
